FIRST Community Project Website Launch

After many requests from both individual students and teams, the team of the FIRST Community Project put together a website so that interested parties' would be able to access information easily, learn about any new updates, or request parts.

As expected, there will be things that we will need to fix, so please bear with us and expect many updates and bug fixes.
