We’ve compiled a list of frequently asked questions and answers for your convenience. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, please get in touch and we’ll respond to your inquiry as quickly as possible.

Who is this available to?

We want to help as many teams as we possibly can.

As of right now, this is only available to teams on Long Island and the 5 boroughs, with the exceptions to teams close by upstate and NJ who can get to the Roosevelt Island STEM Center, but we hope to expand further into the tri-state area one day!

What type of materials do you send?

We send all types of parts! Since we are only just starting we don't have much of a variety, but we have many items to choose from.

Some examples include: CIM motors, bag motors, gearboxes, various wheels, and many, many more.

How do you get the items you ship? How do you ship them to Roosevelt Island?

The items we ship are donated to us from various teams. We get them to Sachem North HS either by the team dropping them off to us or us going to pick them up.

We are just beginning testing a transportation system to get these parts to Roosevelt Island, which we believe can work if we iron out all the kinks!
